Telemarketing Specialist – Dubai
Job Responsibilities
-Develop potential customers (drivers & shippers) via telephone
-Assist customers in uploading documents and completing platform verification
-Collect customer feedback
-Achieve sales targets and performance goals
Job Requirements
-Prior telemarketing/sales experience preferred
-Team player, adaptable to flexible working hours
-Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
-Familiarity with the Dubai market/logistics industry is a plus
Welfare benefits
-Total Compensation: 3700 AED (Basic Salary + Allowances) + 2300 AED (Average Performance Bonus – Earnings based on performance)
-Salary paid on the 10th of every month
-Company-provided work visa
