I’ve used Qmove about 12 times to send goods from my store to customers. It’s easy to find a driver, the pricing is clear, and the delivery process has always gone smoothly. Overall, the experience has been stable and worry-free.
I only needed to move some furniture and luggage, so hiring a large moving company didn't make sense. Qmove made it easy to arrange a vehicle that suited my needs. It's a practical option for smaller moves.
During the delivery, the driver was quite friendly and easy to contact. I was also told the estimated arrival time, so I didn’t have to keep waiting without knowing when the driver would come. The item arrived in good condition, and the whole process went smoothly.
I used to contact several drivers before finding a suitable vehicle for furniture transport. With Qmove, finding a vehicle is much more convenient, and I can check the estimated transport cost in advance.
I needed to send an item from my store to a customer. With Qmove, I could see the price before placing the order, and the price was very reasonable. The app was also easy to use, so I completed the booking quickly.
